Non-Returnable Items

All personalized and custom-embroidered items (including Roman numeral date garments) are made to order and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective. We do not accept returns due to incorrect size selection, so please refer to our size guide before ordering.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or with an embroidery error on our part, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • A clear photo of the issue

We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement. After this window, production may have already begun and cancellations cannot be guaranteed.
